School Improvement Priorities 2017-18

As well as our strategic long-term planning for the school, St Paul's has three Key Priorities for school improvement over the coming academic year:

Key Priority One

Attainment / Teaching & Learning

Further improve the quality of teaching and the rate of pupils progress by:

  •          ensuring teachers’ questioning gives pupils more opportunities to explain their ideas
  •          providing the most-able pupils with more challenging work which enables them to              reach higher levels of understanding
  •          providing pupils with more opportunities to develop their speaking skills

Key Priority Two

Leadership and Management

Increase the impact of leaders and managers at all levels on school improvement

Key Priority Three

Behaviour and Welfare

Further improve standards of behaviour and attendance across the school
