Rights Ethos And Christian Team
Welcome to St Paul's
Right Ethos And Christian Team - REACT
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example for the believers in speech; in conduct; in love; in faith and in purity.”
(1 Timothy 4:12)
Here at St Paul's, our Rights Ethos And Christian Team (REACT) work together to create a safe and inspiring place to learn, where children are respected; Christian values are promoted; individual talents are nurtured and children thrive. Our goal is to give our pupils the best chance to lead happy, healthy lives and to be responsible, active global citizens.
If you have any suggestions for us to consider, why not visit our REACT notice board in the main entrance and write in our Suggestions Book?
... or speak to a member of our REACT:
Meet the Team
This year we are aiming to...
- Lead the school in becoming Courageous Advocates
- Continue to lead the school in Road Safety
- Introduce Pupil-Led Worship to St. Paul's
- Raise money for our chosen charities
- Further develop our links with the wider community
Pupil Voice Boxes
In October, we designed and created a pupil voice box for each class. These will be used to share ideas, suggestions and allow every child in school to have their voice heard.
Summer Term Update

This week, REACT met up to go through the suggestions in our Pupil Voice boxes and discuss which ones we could try to action.
Some of the suggestions that we are going to take to Mrs Wells are:
- Mindfulness miles more often
- A toy area outside at playtimes and lunchtimes (including Lego)
- A school mascot (an owl)
- Singing Happy Birthday at lunchtime when it is someone's birthday
- More sports based after-school clubs.
- An art club or Purple Mash club
- An attendance party or celebration every half-term
Buddy Bench
One of the Pupil Voice suggestions from the Autumn Term, was to have a friendship bench or area that people could go to if they wanted to speak to a Wellbeing Ambassador, a member of REACT or if they needed someone to play with. REACT chose to spend some of the money raised at events throughout the year on a new Buddy Bench for the St. Paul's Garden.
