Welcome to Year One! Our topic this half term is "Mr McGregor's Garden" 

Reminders

• PE is on Tuesdays and Thursdays this half term. Your child's indoor PE kit should remain in school throughout the half term.  
• Weekly spelling tests will take place every Friday, please ensure that your child practises these spellings every day. Spellings will be sent home every Monday for you to practise with.
• Homework will be sent home on a Friday and must be returned by the following Wednesday.
• Please read with your child every night in order to support their progress, encourage them to sound out each word and discuss the text with your child.
