Sadly, we cannot be together in school for a few weeks now so I will be setting you work to complete online.

Today can you please complete the work set out below.

From tomorrow (Thursday 7th January) I will be posting daily work on our class Dojo page, via the class story and portfolio sections.

Do your best with it all and stay safe!

Spellings

This weeks spellings are: bruise, vehicle, yacht, immediately and guarantee

Today you need to practice using them in a sentence correctly.

By following this link, you will find a short video explaining how to write a Science Fiction story

After watching the video, there are 2 activities for you to complete.

  1. A quick fire quiz, which requires you to use vocabulary given to complete sentences about what a Science Fiction story is
  2. Using the example given in the video (ducks) create a futuristic setting, including scientific innovation (new ideas, methods or things)

All you need to complete the task are a pen/pencil and some paper.
