Year 5- Hoot

Below are the names of the Year 5 Teaching Team. Please feel free to speak with any member of the team if you have any questions or concerns, we're always happy to help.

Click on the documents below to see the knowledge organisers for subjects taught in Summer 1. Please take note, the documents will state Spring 2, however due to school closure we will be covering these topics in Summer 1.


  • P.E. kit should be clearly labelled and in school at all times 
  • A suitable kit for swimming needs to be in school every Tuesday
  • Homework will be sent home on a Friday and will need to be returned the following Monday
  • Spellings will be sent home on a Monday and tests will take place every Friday
  • Children need to read as much as possible at home. Home/school diaries must be brought into school daily and books will be changed every Wednesday.
